Chef and Co-Owner Akash Naik’s culinary journey is driven by passion and dedication to Indian cuisine. He began his career at the prestigious ITC Maratha, Mumbai, where he developed strong foundations in fine dining and hospitality. He later refined his expertise in North Indian cuisine at the iconic Bukhara Grill, mastering bold spices and timeless flavors. His experience in premier kitchens across India and the United States helped shape his creative and refined approach to food.
At Andaz, our vision is to honor authentic Indian flavors while presenting them with modern techniques and thoughtful refinement. From the beginning, we set out to create a chef-driven destination where quality comes first. We proudly serve never- frozen poultry and carefully source fresh produce from local farmers’ markets, because we believe great food begins with great ingredients. Our menu celebrates the diverse flavors of India, bringing together regional specialties with our chef’s unique touch.
